Exercise
So for the past couple months I have been adding more to my normal exercise time. For awhile now I've been doing yoga, which does wonders for stretching and working out the pains in my back. Not to mention I am getting as flexible as I used to be. I'm loving it. But I've also been doing pilates which is the strenous part of my work-out.
When I graduated I bought this DVD that has 5 segments of 10 minute work out that focus on different aspects; ads, buns and thighs, strength, flexiblity, and weight loss. I've been doing the first three in a row, and let me tell you. I feel so great afterwards and I can feel the effects for a while. Just a couple weeks after adding it the yoga stuff, people have noticed I look leaner, although I haven't lost any weight. I highly suggest pilates to anyone who not only wants to lose weight, but also wants to tone muscles and stuff. It really works I promise.
